Cookies we use
Mend only places functional cookies — the ones you need for the site to work. No consent banner because there's nothing to consent to beyond the site functioning.
No Google Analytics. No Hotjar. No advertising pixels. No cross-site trackers. If that ever changes we'll add a proper consent banner first.
Your data
Your conversations and Rocks are stored encrypted. We don't train models on your data. You can export or erase your knowledge base at any time via the chat settings. If you delete your account, everything goes — messages, facts, Rocks, feedback — cascade delete, no soft retention.
