Short and honest. Mend doesn't track you. We don't sell data. We don't run ads. Everything you share stays yours.
Cookies we use
Mend only places functional cookies — the ones you need for the site to work. No consent banner because there's nothing to consent to beyond the site functioning.
We count visitor numbers via Umami (self-hosted at stats.mend.rocks, cookieless, no personal data, no cross-site tracking). No Google Analytics. No Hotjar. No advertising pixels. If that ever changes we'll add a proper consent banner first.
Your data
Your conversations and Rocks live on our own server in the EU (Finland). Every connection goes over HTTPS. We don't train models on your data. You can export or erase your knowledge base at any time via the chat settings. If you delete your account, everything goes — messages, facts, Rocks, feedback — cascade delete, no soft retention.
